Case study
Immo Stand Reassuring before the first viewing
A furnished rental is decided on trust, often before a single viewing. We built a plain, structured identity, led by blue, so that the agency's seriousness is visible before it has to be demonstrated.
The context
Immo Stand rents out furnished villas and apartments.
It is a market where image works earlier than elsewhere. A tenant does not start by comparing properties: they compare the people they would be dealing with, at a distance, often before setting foot in a single place. Furnished rentals widen that gap further — you commit on photographs, a price and an impression.
The agency’s problem was therefore not one of visibility but of credit. Seriousness had to be visible before it had any chance to be demonstrated.
What we produced
A visual identity that is simple, serious and reassuring: logo, brand guidelines, and the communication materials that follow from them.
Blue, and nothing that distracts
The graphic world is plain and structured, led by blue. That is not a decorative choice. In property, visual excess produces exactly the opposite of what it is after: the more a listing shouts, the less it is believed. A tight palette and a disciplined layout say the reverse — that the offer stands on its own.
Materials that let the offer be read
The communication materials were designed for legibility: a property, a price and an address found at a glance, with the brand staying in the background. An agency’s materials do not need to be remarkable; they need to be clear.
What it changes
An agency that presents itself properly does not get more viewings — it gets better-prepared ones. That is the only effect this kind of work produces, and it is the one we were after: a professional presence in place before the first conversation.

Cité des Cultures
Cité des Cultures – An identity that holds from one show to the next
A cultural centre whose programme changes every month needed one thing that doesn't. We built its identity — a logo, a four-colour palette and a motion sequence — so the place stays recognisable from one exhibition to the next.
Jeune Patronat de Madagascar
Jeune Patronat de Madagascar – Making a first edition feel like a fixture
The Jeune Patronat de Madagascar was launching its first major entrepreneurs' gathering. In three months Takamoa built the whole thing — identity, content, video, landing page, campaigns — and handed the stage to a host created with artificial intelligence.
Sashinah
Sashinah – Setting the elegance of a wellness brand
Sashinah sells matcha, collagen and superfoods with a deliberately restrained voice. Takamoa built its identity, from the monogram to the guidelines, so that the brand's restraint is visible before it is even read.
