Case study
INDRI A trilingual site for an expertise centre
INDRI works towards green, inclusive growth in Madagascar. Takamoa delivered its site in three languages, Malagasy included, with the reading experience rebuilt for mobile and a publishing space of its own.
The context
INDRI — Initiative pour le Développement, la Restauration Écologique et l’Innovation — is a centre for expertise, collective intelligence and advocacy working towards green, inclusive growth in Madagascar, across urban, land and marine landscapes.
What makes it singular also makes it hard to communicate: INDRI does not champion a project, it champions a systemic national approach, bringing the state, the private sector, civil society and researchers around one table. Speaking to those audiences, in a country where the working language is not always the language of the field, called for a site able to hold several registers at once.
What we delivered
A site in three languages, Malagasy among them
Multilingual integration was the heart of the job: setting up the languages, translating the pages, then successive rounds of correction. The site now lives in French, Malagasy and English — Malagasy not as a courtesy here, but as the condition for speaking to people on the ground as much as to international funders.
Reading rebuilt for mobile
The mobile display was taken on for its own sake: large headings brought down, value blocks reworked, responsive corrections until the site reads as well on a phone as on a desktop screen.
A publishing space of its own
INDRI produces analyses, reports and publications. The site was given a blog so that material can be posted as it comes, without going back through us for every release.
Redirects, checked
The redirects were reworked and verified before going live. That is the quiet step that stops you losing search ranking already earned.
A team that was trained
The project ended with a training session for the INDRI team. That is what separates a site delivered from a site somebody knows how to use.
What it changes
INDRI has a site it can feed on its own, in the three languages of its ecosystem, and one that holds up on a phone — the first screen for most of the people it talks to in Madagascar.
The site is live at indri.solutions.

Hamac
Hamac – Qualifying the enquiry before the first call
An advertising broker whose inventory lives in places rather than in panels. We built the site that sorts that offer into two families and collects quote requests that already say which medium the advertiser wants.
Jeune Patronat de Madagascar
Jeune Patronat de Madagascar – Making a first edition feel like a fixture
The Jeune Patronat de Madagascar was launching its first major entrepreneurs' gathering. In three months Takamoa built the whole thing — identity, content, video, landing page, campaigns — and handed the stage to a host created with artificial intelligence.
Allamanda Hôtel
Allamanda Hôtel – The website of a charming hotel in Diego Suarez
The Allamanda Hôtel overlooks the bay of Diego Suarez. Takamoa designed and built its website: rooms, restaurant, online booking and a real introduction to the destination.
