Case study
Seraiko Launching the first second-hand marketplace in Madagascar
Arriving on the market, Seraiko.mg set itself an ambitious goal: to become the reference for second-hand e-commerce in Madagascar. But making that stick quickly took more than simply being there.
The challenge: a launch that had to land
Arriving on the market, Seraiko set itself an ambitious goal: to become the reference for second-hand e-commerce in Madagascar. But making that stick quickly took more than simply being there. It had to hit hard, hold attention and build real enthusiasm around the platform. The task was therefore to grow an engaged community, while positioning Seraiko as a trustworthy way to buy and sell used goods.
What we did
To get the launch right and catch the public’s attention immediately, we put a sharp, well-targeted digital strategy in place. The aim was to establish Seraiko.mg as a reference for second-hand e-commerce in Madagascar by building an engaged community around the platform.
Strong branding for a distinctive identity
First of all, we worked on Seraiko.mg’s brand image, to create a visual identity that is recognisable and lands. We set a modern, accessible, energetic tone, matched to what the target audience expects. That strengthened the platform’s credibility and appeal from launch.
An optimised presence on social
We ran a digital strategy on the three most popular platforms in Madagascar: Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. Each network had content suited to it, from short, shareable videos to genuine customer testimonies, by way of the best offers available on the platform.
Advertising that lands, with precise targeting
To maximise Seraiko’s reach, we launched strategic advertising campaigns aimed at the right people at the right moment. Precise targeting and continuous optimisation produced genuine engagement, prompting users to interact with the brand and discover what it offers.
Sustained growth
Throughout the campaign, we adjusted the strategy against observed performance. Analysing interactions and audience response in real time let us refine the content and the ads to get more out of every action. That hands-on approach strengthened Seraiko’s standing and built an active, engaged community.
Striking results, in record time
In just three months, Seraiko.mg built a loyal, active community. More than 1,000 followers on Facebook, a similar figure on TikTok and 475 on Instagram joined in. The brand quickly gained visibility, with a total reach of 127,500 people and 21,000 views on TikTok.
That rapid success leaves little doubt: Seraiko.mg is now a reference in local e-commerce. Combining strong branding, relevant content and an effective digital strategy, we created fast growth and laid solid foundations for the long term.

Jeune Patronat de Madagascar – Making a first edition feel like a fixture
The Jeune Patronat de Madagascar was launching its first major entrepreneurs' gathering. In three months Takamoa built the whole thing — identity, content, video, landing page, campaigns — and handed the stage to a host created with artificial intelligence.

Hamac – Qualifying the enquiry before the first call
An advertising broker whose inventory lives in places rather than in panels. We built the site that sorts that offer into two families and collects quote requests that already say which medium the advertiser wants.

Madagascar Airlines – Getting the Early Bird fare off the ground on domestic flights
A fare reserved for people who book early is only worth anything if they hear about it early. We built the Meta Ads and Google Ads operation that carried the Early Bird offer on domestic routes, managed continuously, with online booking as its destination.
